What you will be doing:
1. Ensure timely progression of Incidents.
2. Timely completion of Problem Impact Assessments.
3. Liaison with Application Developers relating to incident resolution or progression of problem solutions.
4. Liaison with Incident and Problem Managers to ensure that no SLA breaches occur.
5. Participation in internal and external progress meetings that Service Management requires.
6. Conduct reviews of functional and design specifications to ensure business integrity, related to system enhancements and software fixes.
7. Maintenance of Functional Specifications and User Manuals/Guides.
What you will bring:
8. In depth knowledge of the MJDI Application.
9. ITIL v4 Foundation Certificate.
10. Working knowledge of MJDI data structure.
11. Holding UK SC clearance.
It would be great if you had:
12. Use of reporting tools IBM Cognos.
13. Broad security knowledge and skills, covering security risk assessment, business impact assessment and mitigation strategies.
14. Eligibility for UK SC Clearance.
15. Understanding of, and experience, working in the Military customer environment.
16. Understanding of the commercial implications of quality.
17. Working knowledge of MS Office Applications.

Salary: £46,000-£47000 per annum.
