We are currently recruiting for a Finance Assistant on behalf of our client, a well-established family-run company that produces, distributes and installs fibreglass water storage tanks across the UK.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive business with a strong reputation in their industry.
Key Duties
Checking purchase orders and matching invoices
Reconciling customer statements and resolving discrepancies
Monitoring accounts and invoice email inboxes
Assisting with end-of-month finance duties
Supporting the Health & Safety team with administration
Carrying out general administrative tasks as required
Working Hours
Monday to Thursday: 08:30 - 17:00
Friday: 07:30 - 16:00
Pay
£13.25 per hour
Ideal Candidate
Previous finance or accounts experience preferred
Strong attention to detail
Confident using email and finance systems
Organised and able to manage workload effectively
Reliable with a positive, team-focused attitude
