Espex Batteries Ltd is currently recruiting an experienced Accounts Assistant who is ACCA Part Qualified with excellent Sage Accounts and Excel skills to directly assist the Director Finance to complete all accounting and admin roles.
The main duties include, but are not limited to:
1. Sales Ledger including:
Processing customer orders
Creating a report for the warehouse to pick customer orders
Generating documents for accessories
Generating Sales Orders & Invoicing on Sage
Organising transportation & small deliveries on our hauliers websites
Generating Reports for Sales Meetings
2. Weekly Stock Reconciliations between Sage and Excel, and discrepancy investigation
3. Stock Management & Tracking on existing established systems
4. Purchase Ledger Processing including:
Generating Supplier Orders
Communication with Suppliers
Organising transport & delivery
Processing of Supplier Invoices
5. Individual will be trained in all aspects of Credit Control, all Month End journals and procedures, Processing and Calculating mont...
