The Role As a Field Service Engineer (EPOS), youll be working on customer sites, travelling daily to complete swap-outs, installations, repairs, and general service work on a range of retail IT devices. Youll typically work between 08:30 and 17:30, including alternate weekends as part of the rota. This role requires significant driving, so a clean UK driving licence is essential. What Youll Be Doing Deliver on-site swap-out services in line with customer SLAs Provide a professional, customer-focused service at all times Collect parts from courier depots as required Maintain and audit your van stock Follow all processes for parts handling, returns and repairs Support installation projects as required Use the company call management system accurately (web/mobile) Complete all paperwork to customer standards Follow all documentation, policies and health & safety procedures Attend Head Office for meetings/training when required Maintain the company vehicle in a legal and roadworthy condition What Were Looking For Essential Excellent written and verbal English Strong communication and organisational skills Confident handling difficult people/situations Good analytical skills Working knowledge of Windows & general IT systems Experience in field service and/or customer service Calm under pressure, positive attitude, professional approach Team player Smart appearance Defensive driving skills Clean driving licence (essential) Desirable Technical engineering background IT product repair experience Why Join Us?
