Looking for a part-time admin and facilities assistant for our London Office.

Role and Responsibilities:
* Maintain the overall office space
* Manage utilities bills and expenses, coordinating with finance for payments
* Manage employee details and interact with HR shared services for updates
* Coordinate office access with building administration
* Manage stationery, giveaways, and stock inventory
* Ensure ESG compliance and coordinate reporting with the global committee
* Manage procurement for the region
* Coordinate with the building landlord
* Restock the fridge and snack bar
* Maintain meeting rooms, kitchen, and snack bar
* Assist HR and Admin teams with employee activities, conferences, and marketing events
