Sales Representative - Roofing
Based in Hanwell | Covering Hanwell & Southall and surrounding areas
£38,000 - £40,000 per year
The Role
We are seeking a confident and charismatic Sales Representative with roofing sales experience for a leading roofing and building supplier to develop and grow trade sales through face-to-face customer meetings across the Hanwell and Southall areas. Strong local knowledge is essential.
Key Objectives
Build long-term customer relationships
Proactively identify sales opportunities and provide effective solutions
Key Responsibilities
Identify, generate, and convert new sales leads
Maintain and grow a structured customer database
Re-engage dormant accounts and develop new business
Carry out telephone and face-to-face prospecting
Arrange and attend customer appointments
Produce, present, and follow up on sales quotations
Agree customer pricing with the Branch Manager
Track competitor activity and pricing
Stay informed on product developments and industry legislation
Support and grow Trade Cash Sales
Deliver high levels of customer service
Assist on the Sales Counter when required
Work in line with company policies and Health & Safety procedures
Undertake additional duties as required
About You
Proven experience in roofing sales
Outgoing, professional, and self-motivated
Strong knowledge of Hanwell & Southall
Comfortable working independently and meeting customers face to face
