Shape the Future of Pensions with WTW
Our work touches the lives of millions of people. WTW Outsourcing Business is dedicated to helping our clients deliver excellent experience to the members of their pension schemes.
Are you passionate about precision, problem-solving, and making a real impact in the world of pensions? This is an exciting opportunity to join WTW’s Outsourcing Business as a Pensions Calculation Analyst within our Business Solutions function.
In this role, you'll work alongside a talented team of onshore and offshore Calculation Experts, supporting a diverse portfolio of large and complex Defined Benefit (DB) pension schemes. As WTW’s Outsourcing business continues to grow—supporting major pension schemes, LifeSight, leading insurers, and our OneDB proposition—you’ll have the chance to contribute to innovation, streamline processes, and help shape more efficient ways of working.
We’re looking for someone with deep DB pensions expertise, including a strong understanding of manual calculations or automated calculations in pension projects which may involve buy-in, buy-out, Guaranteed Minimum Pensions (GMP), GMP Equalisation, and the Barber judgement, etc. If you’re a collaborative, detail-driven professional ready to take on complex challenges and help modernize how pensions are delivered—we’d love to have you on the team.
Your knowledge will make a real difference. Let’s build the future of pensions together.
At WTW, we trust you to know your work and the people, tools and environment you need to be successful. The majority of our colleagues work in a ”hybrid”(#LI-Hybrid) style, with a mix of remote, in-person and in office interactions dependent on the needs of the team, role and clients. Our flexibility is rooted in trust and “hybrid” is not a one-size-fits-all solution. We understand flexibility is key to supporting an inclusive and diverse workforce and so we encourage requests for all types of flexible working as well as location-based arrangements. Please speak to your recruiter to discuss more.
This is a hybrid (occasionally working from office) role which can be based in Redhill, Leeds, Welwyn Garden City, Bristol, London, Birmingham or Glasgow.
