About the RoleI am working with a well-established architectural practice based in a beautiful rural location in Northamptonshire, who are looking for a talented Architect or Architectural Technologist to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects, including residential, commercial, and bespoke developments, where you'll be involved from concept through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
* Produce and manage architectural designs and technical drawings
* Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants throughout project stages
* Ensure compliance with building regulations and planning requirements
* Attend site visits and inspections
* Contribute to design reviews and project meetings
What You'll Need to Succeed
* Qualified Architect or Architectural Technologist
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, and other industry-standard software
* Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
