We are looking for a B2B Sales & Admin assistant to support our sales Director. This is an exciting opportunity to start in an admin-heavy role with the potential to develop into a sales-facing position.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Entry - inputting cost prices, product details and order information,
Making sales calls to sign up new customers,
Send out promotional and marketing materials to our extensive customer list,
Use CRM to update and maintain customer records,
Perform general administrative duties,
Assist with order processing, tracking and internal co-ordination,
Learn the ropes of sales with the opportunity to take on more responsibility overtime if you wish to make that progression.

Able to take initiative and manage time effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and CRM, and computer literate.
