Maintenance Officer (Temporary - 2-3 Months)
We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Officer for a temporary contract for 2-3 months. The role can be offered full-time or 3-4 days per week, depending on availability.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing day-to-day reactive repairs
* Carrying out property inspections
* Supporting the management of void properties when required
* Taking a fabric-first approach to maintenance and repairs
* Liaising with contractors and internal teams to ensure works are completed efficiently
Requirements:
* Proven experience in housing maintenance is essential
* Strong understanding of repairs and property upkeep within a housing environment
* Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
* Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
