Mobile Roaming Security Officer - SIA Licence is essential to be considered for the role

This role will support the client in delivering industry-leading services. As the forefront of the business, you will be expected to hold the best in business customer service to all stakeholders. You will be required to deploy to high-risk areas/locations to support our client where needed and take a proactive approach to modern guarding.
Location: Swindon and Surrounding areas
Hourly Rate: £12.50
Hours: 40 per week
Shift Pattern: 08:00 - 16:00 & 14:30 - 22:30; Alternate weekends and shifts (early & late)
Essential: Full UK Manual driving license; vehicle provided; phone & tablet supplied.
Main Responsibilities:
* Flexibility to work across multiple locations using company vehicle.
* Patrolling assigned stores based on intelligence.
* Providing high visibility and reassuring presence.
* Liaising with management, authorities, and police.
* Maintaining a safe environment.
* Managing vulnerable persons with empathy.
* Conducting searches and security checks.
* Effective communication via radio and digital reporting.
* Incident reporting and trend analysis.
* Operating Body Worn Cameras per policy.
Person Requirements
Desirable: SIA accreditation
Essential:
* Experience in security, especially retail security.
* Full UK Manual driving license.
* Valid SIA license.
* Strong communication skills.
* Smart appearance.
* Ability to handle conflicts professionally.
Knowledge of security guarding for at least 1 year.
