Job Title: Administration support assistant and lead for managing medical needs

Job location: King Charles I School

Salary: SC4 (7-11) (£26,403-£28,142) pro rata (actual salary from £18,411 pa)

Hours: 30 hours per week, term time only plus the 5 school training days

Closing date: Monday 15 September 2025 at 10:00am

Who we are looking for

We are seeking a dedicated and organised Admin Support Assistant to join our school team, with additional responsibility as Lead for Managing Medical Needs. This dual-role position is vital to ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the school and supporting the welfare of students with medical conditions.

The post is for 30 hours per week, term time only plus five school training days.

This role reports to the Examinations and Officer Manager.

* Strong administrative and organisational skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Compassionate and confident in supporting student welfare
* Experience in a school environment is desirable
* 3 day First aid trained or willingness to undertake training
