Role responsibilities

* Managing a portfolio of small to medium-sized businesses across a variety of sectors
* Preparing and reviewing statutory accounts, VAT returns, and management reports
* Providing tailored advice on tax planning, compliance, and business performance
* Acting as the main point of contact for clients, building long-term relationships
* Supervising and mentoring junior staff, reviewing work and supporting development
* Liaising with HMRC on behalf of clients and resolving any queries
* Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance client service

* ACA or ACCA qualified, or qualified by experience, with a background in practice
