The Role of a Warehouse Manager in our Reading CDC
1. Manage the stock team to prepare deliveries and collection of stock.
2. Take responsibility for % accuracy of picking and transferring of stock into the dispatch bays.
3. Ensure the stock remains organised.
4. Proactively seek out operational improvements that can reduce costs.
5. Manage internal stock movements with sending/receiving locations to reduce stock integrity issues.
What do you need to succeed as an Warehouse Manager?
6. Experience within a stock control or warehouse setting.
7. Strong communication and organisational skills.
8. Proficient in working with several systems.
9. Strong communication and excellent organisational skills.
10. Ideally have experience leading a team.
