We’re looking for a Design Management Engineer to join an established civil engineering business at their Head Office in Glasgow. Working as part of a dedicated pre-construction team, you’ll be at the forefront of design and build tenders, ensuring that innovative, cost-effective, and practical engineering solutions are developed and delivered.
The Role:

Manage and coordinate the design process for complex civil engineering projects.

Work closely with consulting engineers, Public Utilities, Local Authorities, and statutory bodies.

Ensure compliance with technical, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
* \n
Provide input that directly impacts project success and overall company performance.
* \n
Split time between office-based design coordination and site visits as required.

About You:

Degree qualified in Civil Engineering (BEng or MEng).
* \n
Strong technical knowledge with a practical approach to problem-solving.
* \n
Confident communicator, able to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Keen to influence projects from an early stage and contribute to business success.
