Job Purpose:
As a Sales Advisor, you will work with your Management team to implement the ultimate Omnichannel shopping experience for our customers, ensuring they receive the highest level of service by living our Service Promise.
Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
CUSTOMER
* You’ll help inspire our customers to look and feel good by delivering our service techniques.
* You are able to create a fantastic customer experience and let your personality and individual style shine through.
* We’re omnichannel, selling products in store and online; you help customers find items online if they can’t find them in store, creating a seamless experience.
* You’re passionate about understanding local customers and using that to drive sales and connect with the community and charity partners.
* You help maintain store appearance standards and create a visually exciting experience that encourages customers to shop with us.
TEAM
* You help create an inclusive environment that values diverse people and opinions, encouraging everyone to have fun and a voice.
* You take a proactive approach to your own development, stretching yourself to realise and fulfil your potential.
* You work collaboratively to deliver our Retail Strategy.

* You stay up to date with New Look offerings and recommend products/services authentically, driving store performance and brand awareness.
* You are aware of store targets and determined to exceed them.
* You ensure the store environment is safe for customers and team members, following all Health and Safety procedures.
* You help protect profit by focusing on sales, loss reduction, and cost control.
* You remain compliant with all Mandatory Training Modules.

* Previous retail experience is desirable but not essential.

* Store Manager

Roles and Responsibilities:
* Your Voice Representative role is important; you help give team members confidence to voice ideas and engage in improving New Look.
* Support communication and delivery of key engagement initiatives and messages in store.
* Act as ambassador for your store at quarterly Territory Your Voice meetings and possible bi-annual divisional meetings.
* Challenge store management to influence change based on team feedback.
* Maintain close relationships with the team and role model company values.
Key Holder (Operational or Delivery):
* As a Key Holder (subject to mandatory training), you may support opening and setup in the absence of management.
* You may access the store prior to trade to complete delivery or other tasks before opening.
* You ensure all H&S and security procedures are adhered to, overseeing team, service levels, and stock.
Department Specialist:
* You deliver exceptional standards in your department and maintain operational excellence for the customer journey.
* You share and shape performance of your department using data and reporting.
* As the department expert, you confidently recommend products to customers to enhance performance.
Visual Merchandising Specialist:
* You support brand VM and POS guidelines through product handling and retail standards.
* You execute window and mannequin styling to a high standard and support floor moves for trade activity.
* You keep up to date with trends, competition, and influencer promotion.
