Job Overview
Position: Credit Controller - Maternity Cover
Duration: 12 months FTC
Salary: £25,000 - £28,000

Candidate Profile
* Experience in a credit control or similar role within an office environment
* Excellent communication and telephone skills
* Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Proficiency in PC skills, especially Excel
Key Responsibilities
* Chase overdue payments from over 300 B2B customers
* Post and allocate receipts, raise credit notes, and reduce debtor days
* Communicate with customers via phone, email, and letters
* Liaise with departments and attend credit control meetings
* Set up new customers, monitor credit reports, and resolve queries
* Manage invoicing and payments, including uploading to portals
