Catering Supervisor
A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen in the Catering Services Department at the Royal Hampshire Country Hospital (Winchester).
Responsibilities
The post holder will work as part of a team to ensure high standards of food service alongside outstanding customer service. The supervisor will supervise Catering Assistants and Kitchen Porters, ensuring staff are trained and equipped to complete all aspects of their role. The supervisor will work with head chefs, kitchen managers, admin teams and the Deputy Head of Catering to keep the patient meal service and kitchen porter service profitable, while maintaining high standards of customer service, food safety and cleaning. The post holder will support staff through hands‑on working and cover early and late shifts as required.
