Person Specification
Experience
* Understanding of QOF, clinical governance, and safeguarding
* Working with SystmOne (Clinical system)
Skills and Abilities
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Competence in clinical examination and decision‑making
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* IT literacy
Other Requirements
* Commitment to NHS values and high standards of patient care
* Flexible and adaptable approach to meet the needs of the practice
Qualifications
* Full GMC registration
* Inclusion on the NHS England performers list
* MRCGP (or equivalent)
* Evidentiary continued professional development
