Role Summary As a Treatment Coordinator at Zental, you will be at the heart of the patient journey - responsible for converting enquiries into booked treatments, nurturing relationships, and ensuring patients feel supported from first contact through to completion. Key Responsibilities Act as the first point of contact for new patient enquiries (phone, email, web, walk‑in). Engage with patients to understand needs, introduce treatment options, and facilitate informed decisions. Conduct face‑to‑face consultations, clearly explaining treatment plans and finance options. Support patients throughout their treatment journey, ensuring continuity and satisfaction. Proactively follow up on leads and outstanding cases to maximise conversion. Work closely with clinicians to translate clinical plans into personalised patient pathways. Contribute to business development initiatives and growth strategies. Provide support at reception/front of house when required. What We’re Looking For Essential: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a high‑end sales or customer‑focused role. Proven track record of sales performance, new business development, and conversion success. Strong negotiation and closing skills - able to confidently discuss treatment choices and financial options. Exceptional communication skills and a professional, polished manner. Highly organised with impeccable attention to detail. IT competence and confidence using practice management and CRM systems (Dentally advantageous).
