We are seeking enthusiastic, caring, and highly motivated Therapeutic Radiographers to join our friendly team at the Oxford Cancer Centre.
Our equipment refresh program includes two Varian Halcyons, two Trubeams, Hyperarc, and upcoming installations of two Siemens GoSim Radiotherapy CT scanners with auto-contouring software and another TrueBeam with 6DoF couches and RGSC.
We prioritize patient care, and seek Radiographers capable of delivering excellent care with compassion and respect. Our techniques include IMRT, VMAT, DIBH, IGRT, complex SABR, SRS/SRT, and TBI.
We offer a comprehensive induction and preceptorship program. After 12 months of post-qualification experience, you can join our Link Progression Programme to Band 6, with automatic promotion upon successful completion.
Our department values learning, education, and support. We provide professional development opportunities, project, audit, and research involvement, and access to CPD funding for academic modules and conferences.
Your responsibilities will include working within a team covering all department sections, liaising with multidisciplinary teams, organizing daily treatment operations, and supervising junior staff and students.
