The shift pattern for this post is: Monday to Friday We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Health Visitor to join the West Dunbartonshire Children and Families Team. This post provides an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in children’s lives and to work in a dynamic environment. As a caseload manager you will be expected to provide a high quality, safe, and effective health visiting service in the community, working in collaboration with partner agencies. You will function as an independent, autonomous practitioner and should have in-depth knowledge, expertise, proficiency and experience in health visiting, child protection and the GIRFEC Framework. You will be responsible and accountable for the ongoing management of your caseload to ensure the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of the Universal Health Visiting Pathway and additional programs of care. West Dunbartonshire HSCP provides team members with ongoing opportunities for continued learning and development.
