Based at Thomas Rotherham College, you will play a key role in supporting our students’ future success. As a Careers Adviser, you will provide high quality, impartial advice and guidance, helping students make informed decisions about their education, training, and employment pathways. Your work will ensure they are well prepared for life beyond college.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our dedicated Careers team, with two positions available. We offer flexible contracts, with some examples of working patterns shown above, and ask applicants to outline their preferred work pattern within the application form.
The postholder will deliver 1:1 career advice and information sessions, take responsibility for a designated cohort of EHCP and flexible learning students, support students with employment and education applications, and coordinate careers events.
