Responsibilities:
4. Conducting thorough assessments and developing personalized care plans for adults in need
5. Safeguarding vulnerable adults from abuse, neglect, and exploitation through investigation and collaboration with other agencies
6. Advocating for adults to ensure their rights are respected and providing them with emotional support and practical advice to enhance their well-being
What we are looking for in a Social Worker:
7. Social Work England registration
8. Eligible to work in the UK
9. Hold a full UK licence
10. Post-qualified experience
11. Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
