The role:
Within this role you will operate across our phone systems to support customers in a variety of different ways including setting up new policies, dealing with customer enquiries, arranging the appropriate levels of cover needed by our customers and working toward specific Sales targets.
Duties include
* Handling telephone enquiries within the contact centre and setting up new Insurance policies
* Administering customers files correctly, whilst building genuine rapport
* Working toward and achieving specific targets
* Providing excellent customer service at all times, whilst maintaining a professional image
