Your Responsibilities
* Lead on electrical compliance, safety, and risk management in line with legislation and best practice.
* Manage the EICR programme, electrical repairs, and contractor performance.
* Oversee statutory compliance, policies, and procedures for housing and corporate assets.
* Produce assurance and performance reports for senior managers and councillors.
* Manage procurement, contracts, and budgets, ensuring effective service delivery.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, stakeholders, and customers.
* Drive continuous improvement, ensuring customer satisfaction and service excellence.
