We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Assistant to provide support and assistance in a home care setting. Duties

- Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful conversations and activities.
- Drive clients to appointments or social outings as required.
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities and report any changes in client condition to the care team.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to implement and follow care plans effectively.
- Ensure the home environment is clean, safe, and conducive to the well-being of clients.
Skills
- Previous experience in home care or a care home setting is highly desirable.
- Must have: Valid UK driving licence and access to own reliable vehicle
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Basic IT skills for maintaining records and communicating with the care team.
- Understanding of care plans and the ability to follow them accurately.
- A compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others maintain their independence and dignity.
Flexible working hours, including some early or evening visits as required
