Interim Management Accountant Location: Dumfries (occasional office attendance) | Contract: 12 weeks | Rate: £240/day (Inside IR35) We're looking for a skilled Management Accountant to join on a 12-week interim basis, providing financial leadership and support across multiple projects. You'll deputise for the Divisional Finance Manager, supervise a small team, and deliver accurate financial reporting, forecasts, and advice to senior managers and budget holders. Key Responsibilities: Produce monthly reports, forecasts, and variance analysis. Support service redesign and business case development. Supervise and develop junior finance staff. Provide clear financial advice to non-financial managers. Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures. Requirements: CCAB qualified/finalist (or equivalent) with strong accounting knowledge. 3 years' senior management accounting experience (public sector preferred).
