Your Tasks

Assemble components and products accurately and efficiently, adhering to all required quality standards.

Demonstrate a collaborative approach in sharing knowledge and best practice of their role with colleagues.

Essential Roles and Responsibilities:

Assemble components and sub-assemblies into products according to technical drawings, work instructions, and established quality standards ensuring they meet the required quality specifications, reporting any defects or discrepancies.

Utilise hand tools, power tools, and machinery to perform assembly tasks; ensuring all equipment is maintained in good working condition.

Accurately complete required documentation, including assembly records, maintenance documents, and quality checklists.

Identify and seek guidance on assembly and production issues; recommend improvements to enhance product quality and assembly efficiency.

Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines; ensure a clean and organized work environment to comply with procedures and prevent accidents.

Work collaboratively with other team members across the business to achieve production goals and deadlines.

Participate and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes, reduce waste, and improve efficiency.
