Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with the Customer Sector Insights (CSI) Lead to identify target sub-sectors for GTM initiatives through detailed sales analysis.
* Co‑ordinate the creation of sector-specific GTM documents such as Cascades and OGSMs.
* Own and maintain the project plan for GTM execution as agreed with the CSI Manager.
* Develop, deploy and maintain a globally accessible information sharing system, designed to help Sales Engineers find and use sales tools, training materials and marketing collateral.
* Work with Customer and Market Development (CMD) Teams to ensure GTM opportunities are identified, documented and executed.
* Deliver sector support resources such as Application Summary Cards and Sector RTM Handbooks in collaboration with the Sales Teams and broader CMD.
* Lead implementation and management of segmentation in CRM, collaborating with the CRM team to deliver insights on the Dynamic Sales Process across the sector.
* Develop strategies based on CRM insights to accelerate the sales cycle.
* Identify opportunities with Global Sustainability to incorporate sustainable initiatives into GTM strategy.
* Support the Customer and Market Insights Manager in resolving customer issues by coordinating with internal teams.

* Strong project management skills to facilitate planning, organising and delivering cross‑functional initiatives from concept to launch.
