Partnering Health Group (PHL) are looking for a Receptionist to work at Roysia Surgery. We are an experienced integrated urgent healthcare organisation responsible for providing a variety of health care services.

The Roysia Surgery is a unique GP Surgery situated in the heart of Royston which offers GP services to people in the community.

Our team are passionate about the care of vulnerable people and you will be a motivated team-player with a passion for healthcare. You will also be caring and empathetic. Previous experience would be desirable but not essential.

We are looking for a reliable, friendly and flexible person to join the team.

Hours - 30

Receptionist Duties & Responsibilities include:

* Monitor the electronic booking system and liaise with Reception Supervisor/Service Delivery Manager with any workload concerns
* Book patients in on arrival
* Perform Receptionist duties as required by the Reception Supervisor/Service Delivery Manager and to ensure efficient systems are in place for the maintenance of all records in accordance with Statutory and Company procedures

Receptionist Skills and Experience:

* Relevant Reception / Customer Service or administration experience
* Must be confident, multitask, work independently without supervision
* Sensitivity and empathy with people from different backgrounds
* Ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate empathy when dealing with patients and multidisciplinary team
* Ability to use Microsoft office or other databases
* Previous experience of Adastra would be desirable but not essential

As an integral team member, you will efficiently manage patient and customer interactions, keeping them informed to the progress and liaising with your duty team leader as appropriate to ensure a seamless and first-class service is delivered.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £11.74 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
