About Finance – FP&A and Reporting
Our team are the forecasting, reporting and analysis experts within Sika – working with the business to ensure our stakeholders have the insight required to enable Sikas continued success.

We are currently increasing our focus on accurate product costing and profitability and this position will play a key in optimising reporting and processes making the best use of IT systems and implementing one stop dashboards where possible
Purpose of the Role
To act as a key reporting and product cost expert within the FP&A team, refining and improving current reporting and processes to provide insight to key business leaders and ensure best practice is adopted across the UK. Responsible for compiling business critical reports to our sales and operational teams taking a lead role in improving accuracy by working with other departments.

What we need from you?
* A passion for data and finding the truth behind the numbers
* Previous experience in reporting and analytical work – experience of finance is preferable but not essential
* Excellent IT skills, in particular advanced Excel skills
* Experience of BI systems
* Accountancy qualification preferable but not essential
* A self-starter who takes the initiative and is happy to work independently
