The Senior Product Manager will work with a wide range of colleagues across the organisation who are passionate about using data and technology to improve the lives of people with a learning disability.
What the role involves
* Working with internal and external colleagues up to c‑level to understand strategic needs and objectives and to define and communicate the Data & Applications product vision.
* Eliciting requirements for Data & Applications products, translating these into Epics, Features and User Stories.
* Partnering with the DDaT Business Partner, Programme Management Board and Technical Design Authority to define and deliver Data and Applications elements of strategic projects.
* Leading the work of another Product Manager to deliver product updates, strategic project deliverables and develop and maintain a comprehensive programme of work.
* Managing demand and resources to ensure that agreed work is delivered on time and on budget.
* Partnering with the Programme Management Board and Technical Design Authority and with Software Development and Data & Analytics teams to lead the delivery of the agreed programme of work.
* Driving change, implementing effective processes and standards.
You will have
* Significant experience of working in a senior Product Management role.
* Deep knowledge of Product and Project Management processes and lifecycles.
It would be an advantage if you have
* Experience of managing / leading other Product Managers.
* Experience of working with Microsoft Fabric, Dynamics CRM, PowerApps, Mendix, RPA tools.
* Not‑profit / charity experience.
This is a hybrid role. Location is flexible, with travel expected to the London and Peterborough offices on occasion.
