Salary: £32,000 basic | £35,000+ OTE (Team Sales Bonus)

A leading UK menswear retailer, with over 75 years of heritage, is currently recruiting for an
experienced and driven Store Manager to lead its store at Cotswold Designer Outlet. With
continued expansion across the UK, this is an exciting opportunity to join a stable yet
growing retail business.
About the Role:
The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations and
team management. This includes:
- Leading and motivating the in-store team to deliver excellent results
- Driving team sales performance and achieving targets
- Creating and managing staff rotas
- Maintaining exceptional levels of customer service
- Merchandising and managing stock levels
- Operating tills and card machines confidently
- Ensuring the store is well-presented and compliant with brand standards
Candidate Requirements:
To be considered for this opportunity, you must have:
- Previous management experience within a fashion retail environment
- Strong leadership, team-building, and organisational skills
- A commercial mindset and customer-first approach
- A proactive, hands-on attitude to store success
