Teaching Assistant – Primary School

£540 – £575 per week

Key Responsibilities
Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons
Work with small groups or individual pupils to reinforce learning
Assist in managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies
Help prepare classroom resources and learning materials
Provide additional support for pupils with varying needs, including SEN where required
Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environmentAbout You
Previous experience working with children (in a school or similar setting) is desirable
A patient, proactive, and enthusiastic approach to supporting learning
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A genuine passion for helping children succeed
Ability to adapt and respond to the needs of different learners
