Experience:
* Relevant qualifications and experience in Mechanical Building Services Engineering
* Minimum 7+ years’ relevant experience
* Proven ability to lead teams, manage projects, and deliver results in a consulting environment
* Strong commercial, financial, and contractual understanding
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
* Emotional intelligence, drive, and approachability
