Shift Pattern:
* Thursday: 8:30am – 4:00pm
* Friday: 9:00am – 2:00pm
* Sunday: 8:30am – 2:00pm
(Additional weekday overtime available when required)
Join Our Growing Team
is expanding and we're looking for a reliable and hands-on team member to support our warehouse operations. If you enjoy working in a practical environment and have an interest in indoor plants, this could be a great opportunity to join a small, supportive team.
The Role
As part of our fulfilment team, you'll help ensure customer orders are prepared accurately and dispatched on time. This is a fast-paced role where attention to detail really matters.
Your responsibilities will include:
Accurately selecting and packing customer orders
Preparing plants securely for safe courier transport
Supporting plant care to maintain health and presentation
Checking orders and packaging for quality standards
Assisting with goods-in deliveries and stock organisation
Working efficiently to meet daily courier cut-off times
What We're Looking For
We're seeking someone who:
Has an interest in houseplants and a basic understanding of plant care (full knowledge isn't expected — we all learn on the job)
Is dependable, positive and willing to support the wider team
Takes care and pride in completing tasks thoroughly
Can remain organised and calm during busy dispatch periods

Pay
Hourly rate is aligned with National Living Wage and varies depending on age.
