Join us as a Site Support Officer at our Leatherhead office and be part of an interesting and rewarding environment.
CGI was recognized in the Sunday Times Best Places to Work List 2024 and named one of the 'World's Best Employers' by Forbes magazine. We offer a competitive salary, excellent pension, private healthcare, and a share scheme (3.5% + 3.5% matching), making you a CGI partner, not just an employee.
This role involves responsibility for Front of House Services and Security at our Leatherhead office. Candidates must hold a current SIA license and be prepared to undergo, if necessary, National Security Vetting (NSV) and an enhanced Security Check (SC).
Working hours are Sunday to Thursday, 6:00-18:00.
Your future duties and responsibilities
Your duties will include patrolling the building, signing in visitors, escorting contractors to ensure security, receiving deliveries, alerting recipients of mail, ordering stationery, and reporting maintenance issues. You will also drive an 8-seater mini-bus during weekdays. Flexibility to work occasional unsociable hours is required due to potential extended building hours.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
Applicants should have experience working on commercial premises, knowledge of relevant H&S practices, and hold a current SIA license. As this is a client-facing role, presentability, good IT skills, and communication skills are essential. Opportunities for upskilling and career development within the wider facilities team are available, and we support your growth.
Join us and be an owner from day one. At CGI, we foster ownership, teamwork, respect, and belonging. We encourage you to develop your full potential by contributing to our collective success, shaping company strategy, and building valuable relationships.
