In this dynamic role, you’ll have the chance to work across both our accommodation and leisure departments, ensuring our guests have an unforgettable experience during their stay.
Your Role
As a key player in our team, you’ll start by engaging in our core leisure activities, such as:
* Archery
* Pottery painting
These activities will help you build confidence in guest interaction and activity delivery. As you grow in your role, you’ll progress to larger-scale activities and sports, including:
* Football academy sessions
* High ropes courses
Additionally, you’ll support our accommodation team by preparing and cleaning rooms for arriving guests on key changeover days (Mondays and Fridays). The rest of your week will be filled with delivering and supporting activities within the sports and leisure department. No two days will be the same, and you’ll gain hands-on experience in some of our most guest-facing areas, collaborating with different teams and meeting a diverse range of guests.
About You
We’re seeking energetic, positive individuals who are ready to engage with guests and bring activities to life. You’ll thrive on:

* Delivering fun, engaging experiences
While a sports coaching background is beneficial, it’s not essential. What truly matters is your ‘can do’ attitude, enthusiasm, and passion for creating memorable moments for our guests. You’ll be a team player who flourishes in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety in your role, and is excited about growth opportunities—from smaller activities to larger sports and adventure-based roles.
