Full-Time SEMH TAs Required – January Start (Poole) Teaching Personnel are urgently seeking full-time Teaching Assistants for an SEMH school in Poole. The school caters for pupils with complex social, emotional and mental health needs including anxiety, depression and attachment disorders, and requires dedicated staff who can start in January. Role Responsibilities: Providing individual and small-group support Using de-escalation and relationship-based approaches Encouraging engagement in learning Supporting emotional regulation and daily routines Requirements: Background in SEMH, SEN, care, youth work, mental health or similar Full-time availability Resilience, empathy and strong communication skills This is a fantastic opportunity to join a specialist setting and develop a rewarding career supporting vulnerable young people.
