What you'll do Welcome staff, contractors and visitors while ensuring security procedures are followed Monitor the site and identify any security risks or rule infractions Carry out regular patrols, maintaining a visible and reassuring presence Respond promptly and professionally to alarms and security incidents Enforce site policies and procedures Complete accurate incident reports and detailed shift handovers What you'll bring A valid and in-date SIA Licence A full valid driving licence Previous experience in a security role, ideally within a corporate or industrial environment Excellent observation, communication and interpersonal skills The ability to remain calm and professional in emergency situations A strong understanding of security procedures and best practices Why Sodexo?
