Methods is currently looking for a Content Designer on a contract basis.
Mid level content designer working occasionally in Newcastle or Blackpool. (2 days per month roughly)
Contract: Through until April 2026
Day Rate: £400 inside IR35
Details:
* Service – Attendance Allowance citizen facing journey
* Current focus is on the application service
* The system to process the applications is old and inefficient / ineffective
* Priority requirement will be to migrate to a new system
* The team have big ambitions but realistic expectations in terms of a transformation agenda
* Large multi-disciplinary team – 19 people
* UCD lead team, UR already in the team
* Very agile, fast, iterative, doing things the right way
* Internal team (agents) supporting Attendance Allowance are in Blackpool. Project team is based in Newcastle. Occasional onsite visits to both hubs will be useful. Recognises importance of finding the right person so happy for them to work largely remote
* Experience of GDS prototyping kit is essential
