Job Introduction
We are recruiting for a Parts Advisor to join our Toyota Dealership in Cheltenham. The hours of work are Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 5:30pm, and 1 in 3 Saturdays, 8am to 1pm.
Offering an excellent salary and benefits, with an OTE of £32,000.
A Parts Advisor plays a key role interacting with all areas of the business including sales, service, and customers. You will be involved in supplying Toyota parts to the public, trade customers, and workshops. This role is ideal for a highly motivated individual with experience and a passion for providing exceptional customer service for one of the world’s leading car brands.

Role and Responsibilities
1. Work involves both behind-the-scenes tasks like receiving deliveries and front desk customer service.
2. Responsible for pre-picking parts for workshop jobs, customer orders, and checking stock availability.
3. Develop customer relationships through phone, walk-in, and internet inquiries by providing product knowledge and creating positive first impressions.
4. Ensure consumables and service parts are replenished regularly to provide swift service to the workshop and customers.
5. Handle warranty claims related to parts and complete administration accurately, including customer records and invoicing.
6. Develop knowledge of Toyota products to understand vehicle parts and their functions.
About You
1. Previous experience as a parts advisor within a dealership or motor factor knowledge in a similar role.
2. Alternatively, a good understanding of cars and the ability to learn is sufficient, with training provided.
3. Ability to establish and build rapport with customers quickly.
4. Proactive, sales-driven, and committed to delivering outstanding customer service.
5. Excellent communication and organizational skills, able to work in a fast-paced environment.
6. Professional, able to meet tight deadlines.
