Key Responsibilities * Support delivery of project & business management processes within engineering teams * Develop and maintain workload, resource, and financial plans * Monitor performance and manage risks, issues, and deviations * Coordinate internal teams and external suppliers * Manage purchase orders and resource activities in line with plans * Produce and analyse KPIs and performance reports * Support project governance and decision-making * Provide guidance and mentoring on project/business management * Deputise for leadership in reviews (finance, resourcing, performance) * Drive continuous improvement and new ways of working Key Requirements * Experience in Project Management, PMO, or Business Management * Strong stakeholder management and communication skills * Experience with resource planning and financial tracking * Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment * Strong analytical and organisational skills * Proactive, resilient, and solutions-focused mindset Additional Info ...
