The main objective is to help manage the smooth running of Roseneath and to deputise for the Practice Manager when he is not in the building or available.
The role is very hands on, there are many challenges and learning experiences as no two days are the same.
Main areas that the current Deputy leads on include: Monthly claims process Governance IT matters Complaints but it is fair to say that on a daily basis, several things will require attention and a response to keep the practice and staff working as efficiently as we can in an ever expanding world of increasing demand for our services.
