We are looking for someone with some kitchen experience and a passion for helping others. You should have either an NVQ2 in Catering or Food Preparation or be willing to work towards it. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow recipes and record information accurately are essential. Most importantly, you will demonstrate patience, respect, and kindness in all interactions. Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility; therefore, you should be able to recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect and know how to respond appropriately. All colleagues will attend safeguarding training relevant to their role and undertake additional training as needed.

We foster inclusivity and diversity, welcoming applicants from all backgrounds and promoting inclusive working practices. We are also enhancing our care through digital technology, and we seek team members comfortable with or open to learning new technologies. You will be supported throughout your journey, with clear career pathways, ongoing professional development, and opportunities at regional and national levels.
