A leading provider of specialist residential and nursing care is seeking an experienced Care Home Operations Manager to oversee and support multiple homes across the following locations:
* Wales
* Shropshire
* Worcestershire
In this role, you will provide inspirational leadership to your nursing home teams, supporting Home Managers and Deputy Managers to deliver high standards of person:centred care.
You will identify areas for improvement, implement action plans, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while fostering a culture of excellence across all homes in your region.
The role involves a combination of office:based work and regular travel allowing you to balance operational oversight with hands:on engagement in quality assurance, staff development, and community liaison.
You will also play a key role in managing budgets, financial planning, and driving operational efficiencies.
Significant travel and occasional overnight stays are an essential part of this role.
Person specification:
* Precious experience as a CQC Registered Manager of nursing homes
* Experience in operation management for a cluster of nursing homes (more than 2 ideally)
* Full UK driving licence with the ability to travel regularly and stay away from home
* Full registration with NMC (if clinical)
* Significant experience in a senior/operational leadership role including turnaround management
* Experience in managing budgets, financial planning
