We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Head of Year to join our vibrant and inclusive all-girls secondary school, located in the heart of Hodge Hill. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a key leadership role in pastoral care during a period of maternity cover.
As Head of Year, you will play a central role in supporting the personal development and wellbeing of students within a designated year group. You will support form tutors, monitor student progress and behaviour, and work collaboratively with parents, staff, and external agencies to maintain the highest standards of care and support.
