Job Description
We are recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded, multi award-winning national law firm based in South Wales. This firm is recognised as one of the UK's leading property and housing law practices, known for delivering practical, jargon-free legal advice and outstanding client service.
They are currently seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join their busy team in Cwmbran. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a team dedicated to quality and excellence in both residential and commercial property transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage residential and commercial property transactions from initiation to completion
2. Prepare, review, and manage contracts, reports, and legal documentation
3. Liaise effectively with clients, solicitors, and relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth progression of cases
4. Conduct due diligence and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
5. Manage multiple cases simultaneously while meeting deadlines
6. Utilise case management systems and Microsoft Office proficiently
7. Lead and manage your team with success
8. Support file reviews and ensure timely billing and collections
9. Develop and maintain strong client relationships and identify opportunities to cross-sell legal services
10. Participate in ongoing training and professional development, including compliance with all statutory and firm training requirements

Candidate Requirements:
11. Proven experience as a Conveyancer with knowledge of residential and commercial property matters
12. Strong understanding of property law, conveyancing procedures, and legal compliance
13. Excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills
14. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
15. IT literate with experience using conveyancing software and case management systems
