We're now looking to appoint a Head of Assessment. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to lead and evolve our Assessment Services, playing a pivotal role in our next phase of growth.
Reporting directly to our Talent Strategy Director, you’ll be at the forefront of designing and delivering innovative, inclusive, and impactful assessment and development strategies. You’ll work across a diverse client base — from RPO partnerships to standalone Talent Strategy projects — helping organisations make smarter, fairer hiring decisions that support their EDI goals.
You'll have strong experience in designing and delivering assessment and development centres and a passion for delivering high-impact talent solutions. With proven experience in selection methodologies and tools, with a solid understanding of emerging assessment approaches and have BPS Level A and B qualifications
